Meet Adonis....a Destinado grandson in Australia!
welcome to:
-Adonis' page- Destinado...the legend continues!

Meet Adonis, a Destinado grandson bred and born in Australia. Wow! Does he ever look like Destinado. It took our breath away when we saw these pictures.

Dear Willis and Karin,
I was searching the net for my stallion's bloodlines
(Bremervale Adonis) and came across Destinado's page
which just touched my heart. The way in which you speak of
him and describe him reminds me so much of my boy. My
deepest sympathy in his passing. I dread the day when I may
be confronted with the same situation.
But I thought I would drop you an email to let you know his
legacy lives on in Australia. Adonis is one of Destinado's
grandchildren. And unmistakably takes after Destinado. I
always wondered where he got his appearance from because
he isn't much like Dasjmir at all but strangely enough I hadn't
done too much searching before now.
I will search around home over the weekend and will find a
couple of photos to send you as I don't have any downloaded
here at the moment. I do however have 2 photos of one of
Adonis's yearling filly-a Destinado great grandchild which I
have attached. They aren't the best photos ...just in paddock
condition and coming out of winter. I will also find some other
photos of her to forward though.
I have known Adonis since he was 6 months old and he is
now 15 yrs. He is like my child. He has personality plus and is
the most pleasant and easy going stallion I have ever had the
joy to be around. He is kind, honest and has the biggest heart
and caring nature which also carries across into his foals. And
cheeky! I think cheeky should be underlined. He would walk
across burning coals if I asked him to and has come to my aid
on more than one occasion at the risk of his own safety. He is
my best mate!
I'm sure this is just another example of Destinado's legacy
bringing so much joy to others.
Kind Regards, Corey Ozolins
