Early in 2008 we welcomed the Straight Spanish Arabian colt we have named Solaro S. After a two year search Solaro S was selected to be the successor of our beloved Destinado and we are pleased that Solaro S calls Solar Hill home. Solaro is named in honor of a much loved mare of ours, Solar Dancer, who passed away in 2005. We have no doubts that Solaro S will live up to his namesake. He is already as sweet, even tempered and gorgeous. Solaro S is by Paula O'Keefe's amazing Straight Spanish stallion *Sasaki and out of Chozen, a lovely Straight Spanish mare of old Brumarba breeding. We are grateful to Gerry Alexander of Brumarba Arabian Stud for making it possible for Solaro S to become a member of our family. |
